MAHLE Consolidates UK Workshop Equipment Sales and Support
MAHLE has transitioned its UK workshop equipment sales to its direct aftermarket team, offering a single point of contact for products, technical advice, and support. The move aims to improve availability and customer service.

MAHLE is centralizing its workshop equipment sales and support operations in the United Kingdom under a single aftermarket sales team. This new direct sales model integrates the supply of workshop equipment, technical guidance, and customer support into one division. The company aims to streamline customer interactions and enhance access to its product range and expertise.
The integration brings workshop equipment sales directly under MAHLE's aftermarket organization, fostering closer customer relationships. Local inventory will be maintained at MAHLE's Bilston warehouse in the West Midlands, a facility that has supplied numerous parts since 2009. Holding equipment locally is intended to shorten lead times and expedite delivery for UK customers.
To complement the direct sales approach, MAHLE is introducing a dedicated field engineer and a mobile service van. This new support offering will provide on-site installation, technical assistance, product demonstrations, and training directly at customer workshops. The goal is to reduce travel time for technicians and minimize operational disruptions.
The range of equipment available includes air conditioning service units, transmission oil service tools, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibration equipment, and diagnostic tools. MAHLE states these products are designed to help workshops improve productivity and profitability as vehicle technology evolves.
