Maine Pointe and dSilo Expand AI Partnership
Supply chain consultant Maine Pointe and AI firm dSilo are expanding their strategic partnership, integrating dSilo's agent AI into Maine Pointe's TVO Control Tower. The collaboration aims to connect commercial and supply chain decisions for enterprise value creation.
Supply chain and operations consulting firm Maine Pointe and AI company dSilo have announced an expanded strategic partnership, building on over five years of collaboration. The agreement integrates dSilo's agentic AI capabilities into the next generation of Maine Pointe's Buy (Sourcing) module within its TVO Control Tower.
The expansion aims to connect commercial, supply chain, operational, and financial decisions, which have historically been managed separately, using AI. This initiative extends the traditional plan-buy-make-move-fulfill process to include selling, directly linking supply-side economics with pricing, demand, and commercial performance.
"AI is giving us the ability to see those relationships more clearly and act on them together," said Joseph Esteves, CEO of Maine Pointe. He noted that the partnership will better connect supply-side cost structures with Bills of Material and customer demand, clarifying the impact of pricing and supplier terms on margin and enterprise value.
The integration within the TVO Control Tower is expected to enhance the identification of opportunities, surface economic value, prioritize actions, and accelerate execution across procurement, contracts, pricing, commercial performance, and working capital management.
