London – Man Group, the global alternative investment management firm, announced on July 16, 2025, that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Bardin Hill. Bardin Hill, based in New York, is a US-focused opportunistic and performing credit manager with approximately $3 billion in assets under management (AUM).

Bardin Hill's expertise lies in US distressed and special situations investments, as well as non-sponsor backed direct lending. Its performing credit platform focuses on broadly syndicated loan CLOs.
