ManpowerGroup Reports 4% Revenue Increase for Third Quarter

ManpowerGroup reported third-quarter revenues of $4.8 billion, marking a 4% increase from the same period in the prior year. Net earnings for the quarter were $34.1 million, up from $18.0 million a year earlier. Earnings per diluted share stood at $0.71, compared to $0.38 in the third quarter of 2025.

The company attributed the top-line growth to strength in its Manpower brand, particularly in the United States. Global trends for Experis showed improvement, with the U.S. Experis segment returning to growth during the quarter. Northern Europe also contributed with strong year-over-year revenue growth and operating profit improvement.

Jonas Prising, ManpowerGroup Chair & CEO, stated that the company delivered consistent performance and strong execution. He highlighted the Manpower brand's leading position and market share gains in the U.S., alongside encouraging sequential revenue trend improvements for Experis and Talent Solutions. Excluding certain costs, adjusted earnings per share increased by 24% in constant currency.

Looking ahead, ManpowerGroup anticipates fourth-quarter diluted earnings per share to be between $1.03 and $1.13. The company also announced a leadership transition: Becky Frankiewicz is set to become CEO on January 1, 2027, with Jonas Prising moving to the role of Executive Chair.
