Maple Leaf Foods Q3 Revenue Grows as Inflation Pressures Margins
Maple Leaf Foods reported $1.035 billion in revenue for the third quarter, while signaling that rising production costs are tempering full-year earnings expectations.

Maple Leaf Foods posted revenue of $1.035 billion for the third quarter of 2026, a 2.4% increase compared to the same period last year. Adjusted EBITDA reached $129 million, representing a 15.4% growth and an expansion in margins to 12.5%. Despite these gains, the company warned that persistent inflation continues to challenge operational costs.
CEO Curtis Frank attributed the quarterly results to disciplined execution and steady demand for prepared food products. However, he noted that the global economic environment has proven more volatile than initially anticipated at the start of the year. Consequently, the company has updated its 2026 full-year Adjusted EBITDA outlook to the lower end of its previous $520 million to $540 million range.
The company maintained its long-term financial targets for 2030, including a goal of $5 billion in revenue and $750 million in Adjusted EBITDA. Management continues to emphasize the need for an investment-grade balance sheet while navigating current cost pressures and consumer pricing sensitivity.
