Marc Massiot Appointed to Guerbet's Board of Directors
Marc Massiot has been elected to the Board of Directors of Guerbet, a global leader in medical imaging, for a six-year term. The appointment was confirmed at the company's Annual General Shareholders' Meeting.
Guerbet, a company specializing in medical imaging, has appointed Marc Massiot to its Board of Directors for a six-year term. The decision was formalized during the company's Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting on May 28.
Massiot, 60, is the founder and manager of Enaxante, a firm providing business advisory and training in the healthcare sector. He also manages Espace Santé Saint-Bernard, a physiotherapy and osteopathy practice. His background includes degrees in massage, physiotherapy, and osteopathy, as well as executive healthcare management and a Master's degree in Budget and Management from EM Lyon Business School.
Previously, Massiot held management positions in medical device companies. He has also been involved in training healthcare executives and physiotherapists and served as a Competent Person on a committee for physiotherapists to the Ministry of Health in France.
As a member of the Guerbet family and the General Secretary of its Shareholders’ Agreement, Massiot brings a familial connection to the company's governance. The Guerbet Board of Directors now comprises twelve directors, following the renewal of Céline Lamort's mandate for another six-year term at the same meeting.
