Marco's Pizza Included in 2026 Franchise Times Top 400 Ranking
Marco's Pizza has secured a position on the 2026 Franchise Times Top 400 list. The pizza chain is currently pursuing expansion with a target of 1,300 total units.

Marco's Pizza has been included in the 2026 Franchise Times Top 400, an annual ranking of the largest U.S.-based franchise systems. The report evaluates scale and market presence, marking the company as a significant player in the national restaurant sector.
The chain’s growth strategy is increasingly focused on attracting multi-unit and multi-brand franchisees to manage its expansion. Several of the company’s franchise groups were recently listed among the largest restaurant franchisees in the country, signaling growing interest from sophisticated, large-scale operators.
To support this growth, the company is opening a new Operations Center of Excellence in Orlando, Florida. This facility is intended to serve as a training hub for franchisees and a testing site for operational improvements. Furthermore, the company is utilizing a royalty incentive program to reduce financial barriers for new multi-unit operators as it seeks to enter underserved markets in the U.S., the Caribbean, and Latin America.
The company’s latest financial disclosures show that the top 25% of its franchised locations achieved an average unit volume (AUV) of $1.28 million in 2025.
