Marine Gurzadyan Joins proALPHA Group Management Team
Marine Gurzadyan joined the proALPHA Group management team on August 1, 2021, as Head of Corporate Development & Strategy. She is responsible for corporate strategy and product management.
Weilerbach, Germany – Marine Gurzadyan became a member of the proALPHA Group management team on August 1, 2021. As Head of Corporate Development & Strategy, she oversees corporate strategy, product management, the identification of relevant software solutions, and mergers and acquisitions.
In her role, Gurzadyan is responsible for identifying and selecting companies that enhance proALPHA's product portfolio and industry expertise. She also manages the integration of acquired expertise and drives the company's ongoing transformation. Gurzadyan has been with proALPHA since July 2020, previously managing these responsibilities as division manager.
Gurzadyan brings extensive experience in business and transaction consulting. Prior to joining proALPHA, she spent eight years at KPMG in Germany and Sweden, where she worked on projects involving proALPHA. Her responsibilities at KPMG included management consulting on corporate, product, and M&A strategies, as well as post-merger integration and transformation programs.
The proALPHA Group has pursued a strategy of strategic acquisitions since the beginning of 2021, acquiring companies such as Böhme & Weihs, curecomp, Skill Software, and CP Corporate Planning AG. These moves align with the company's growth objectives and its aim to provide customers with integrated digital solutions.
