Maritime Launch Services to List Shares on Toronto Stock Exchange
Maritime Launch Services will transition its stock listing to the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) effective November 3, 2026.

Maritime Launch Services has received regulatory approval to list its common shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX). Trading under the ticker symbol "MAXQ" is scheduled to commence on November 3, 2026, following the delisting of the company's shares from Cboe Canada at the close of markets on November 2.
The move marks a significant change in the company's public listing status as it continues to develop Spaceport Nova Scotia. According to CEO Stephen Matier, the TSX listing is intended to increase the firm's visibility within the broader investment community and support its objective of establishing commercial launch infrastructure on Canadian soil.
Based in Nova Scotia, Maritime Launch Services is developing a dual-use spaceport capable of supporting civil and defense-related orbital missions. The project represents Canada's first commercial orbital launch facility, targeting the growing market for small-to-medium satellite delivery.
