Mason & Morse Ranch Company has added Rick Kusel, a fifth-generation farmer and rancher, bringing decades of experience to clients across the central and western United States.
DENVER, Oct. 9, 2026 – Mason & Morse Ranch Company has expanded its team of specialized land professionals by hiring Rick Kusel, an experienced farm and ranch real estate broker, auctioneer, cattleman, and agricultural consultant.
Based in Lemoyne, Nebraska, Kusel brings decades of firsthand experience in agriculture, livestock production, farm and ranch ownership, agricultural business management, auctions, and rural real estate. His practical understanding of land value and operation extends beyond mere acreage and improvements, stemming from his background as a fifth-generation farmer and rancher.
"Farm, ranch, and recreational land all carry a story, a purpose, and a responsibility. My experience as a farmer, rancher, cattleman, outdoorsman, auctioneer, consultant, and broker helps me serve clients with practical knowledge and an honest perspective," Kusel stated.
Kusel's professional career has remained closely tied to agriculture. He previously managed a John Deere dealership and transitioned into farm and ranch real estate and consulting in Colorado in 2001. He is also a licensed auctioneer and holds real estate licenses in multiple states, including Nebraska, Kansas, Colorado, and Wyoming, enabling him to serve clients across a significant agricultural region.
The company stated that Kusel's deep understanding of land from an owner's and operator's perspective, combined with his extensive network and brokerage experience, will significantly enhance Mason & Morse Ranch Company's ability to serve clients with land ownership and agricultural operations.
