Mass General Brigham Refuses to Negotiate With Home Care Clinicians

Mass General Brigham (MGB) again refused to negotiate on Thursday with approximately 450 home care clinicians represented by the Mass Nurses Association (MNA). This comes after the MNA made its most recent compromise proposal in an effort to reach a first contract.

MGB has not moved from its last offer, even as clinicians put forth the latest compromise proposal to reach an agreement. The strike involves three MGB facilities, with over 450 clinicians participating, impacting care services.

The MNA has repeatedly expressed frustration over the stalled negotiations and has called on MGB to negotiate in good faith. The union has raised concerns that MGB has not demonstrated sufficient commitment to reaching a resolution.
