The company noted a 13 percent organic revenue increase in the previous year, which directly fueled its strategic objectives for 2025. Throughout the year, Materna focused on enhancing digital sovereignty, building more resilient infrastructure, and promoting the responsible integration of artificial intelligence (AI) with its clients.
A significant milestone was the official opening of its new headquarters at Phoenix West in Dortmund. This modern facility is designed to foster innovation and collaboration. The visit by the Minister-President of North Rhine-Westphalia underscored the site's importance as a hub for digital transformation.
Materna also continued its focus on digitalizing public administration. The company integrated KIPITZ into the federal form management system, enabling more efficient AI use within governmental processes. Additionally, a new, open-source web solution for digital sovereignty was introduced, aiming to make public authorities more independent and transparent.
