Materna recognized as leader in AI services and mid-sized firms in Europe
IT service provider Materna-Gruppe has received two significant recognitions in Europe and Germany. The company was named one of the best AI service providers in Europe by PAC Innovation Radar 2024.
Dortmund – IT service provider Materna-Gruppe has been recognized both as a provider of artificial intelligence services and as one of Germany's fastest-growing mid-sized companies. The group was honored as a leading provider of AI services in Europe by PAC Innovation Radar 2024, receiving a "Best-in-Class" rating.
Concurrently, Materna solidified its position in the Handelsblatt "TOP 100 Ranking," which identifies Germany's most growth-oriented mid-sized enterprises. This dual recognition highlights the company's sustained ability to thrive amidst the demands of digital transformation.
The PAC Innovation Radar, conducted by IT analyst firm Pierre Audoin Consultants (PAC), evaluated 28 leading companies. Materna's expertise in AI-related services, particularly for the German mid-market, was identified as a key strength. The assessment considered factors such as relevance for digital customer engagement, focus on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), the German market, company transparency, and public sector engagement.
Joachim Hackmann, Principal Analyst at PAC, stated that Materna has established itself as a significant player in AI services. He specifically noted Materna's focus on mid-sized businesses and its use of "sovereign" AI approaches, positioning it as a reliable partner for the German and European economies.
Materna also improved its standing in the Handelsblatt TOP 100 Ranking, moving up to 46th place. This ranking analyzes over 8,000 mid-sized companies based on their average revenue growth and profitability since 2019. The company's consistent growth and profitability underscore its successful corporate strategy.
