Materna Reports Double-Digit Growth and New Strategy for Expansion
IT services company Materna-Gruppe increased its revenue by 11.8% in 2025 and is launching a new strategy, "Elevate," to drive profitable expansion. The company aims for a turnover of approximately one billion euros by the end of 2027.
The IT services group Materna-Gruppe has reported significant growth for the 2025 fiscal year, with a preliminary group turnover of 795 million euros. This represents an increase of 11.8% compared to the previous year, with organic growth accounting for 11.4%.
To foster sustainable and profitable expansion, Materna is introducing its new strategy program called "Elevate." This program bundles measures to develop the organization, portfolio, and market presence. The company's objective is to achieve a turnover of approximately one billion euros by the end of 2027 and to sustain double-digit annual growth thereafter until 2029.
The Public Sector division demonstrated particular strength, with revenue rising by 18.4% to 269 million euros, driven by infrastructure, platform, and modernization projects. Subsidiary Materna Infrastructure Solutions more than quadrupled its turnover. Additionally, cbs Corporate Business Solutions saw a 14.5% revenue increase, focusing on digital business transformations within the SAP environment, particularly for manufacturing companies.
Materna is increasingly leveraging artificial intelligence across its projects, especially in infrastructure and service initiatives. The company has developed AI-powered tools, such as the AIDA development assistant, to automate routine tasks in software development, thereby enhancing efficiency and quality. Another key AI project involves an agent system designed to make complex data accessible through natural language, aiming to improve data quality and reduce errors for users.
