Dortmund – Materna's subsidiary agineo is repositioning its strategy to emphasize artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, and managed services in the ServiceNow enterprise platform market. This shift addresses evolving client demands that extend beyond initial platform deployment to include secure operations, continuous development, and leveraging new potentials.
The company is reinforcing its management team to execute this strategy. Uwe Scariot, a board member of Materna Group and Managing Director of agineo, will jointly lead the company with Philipp Kleinmanns, Senior Vice President at Materna Group. The objective is to enhance Materna's position as a primary partner, noted for its strong capabilities in implementing complex digitalization projects within critical environments.
"The ServiceNow market is entering a new phase. Increasingly, business-critical processes are being consolidated onto centralized platforms, spanning HR, customer service, and IT," stated Uwe Scariot. "Their performance is critically determining how quickly companies can adopt innovations, meet regulatory demands, and productively utilize artificial intelligence. This is precisely why we are consistently developing agineo further."
Philipp Kleinmanns will oversee agineo's strategic development alongside Scariot, with a focus on expanding AI and security services, high-quality managed services, and international growth.
