MJ Foundation Fundacja Rodzinna, an entity closely associated with Gentoo Media board member Mateusz Juroszek, purchased 62,596 shares in the company yesterday. The average price for the transaction was SEK 5.1975 per share.

Following this acquisition, MJ Foundation Fundacja Rodzinna holds a total of 22,573,338 shares. This holding represents 16.76% of Gentoo Media's total outstanding shares and voting rights. The combined holdings of Juroszek's close associates now amount to 29,016,364 shares.

The transaction underscores the significant stake held by Juroszek and his associates in Gentoo Media, a company operating in the property development and construction sector.
