Matkahuolto renews website based on customer feedback

Matkahuolto has launched its renewed website, largely developed based on customer feedback. The objective is to offer customers quicker and smoother service experiences in both travel and parcel services.

Significant improvements have been made, especially to parcel services. The parcel shipping process has been completely redesigned, now covering sizes XXS to XL with new pricing. The smallest parcel can be sent starting from €4.90. The website now also allows purchasing transport for larger parcels, tires, and bicycles.

The website redesign also enhances the usability of timetable searches and the online bus ticket shop. Matkahuolto has stated it will continue to develop its services based on customer feedback in the coming months.

Plans are also underway to improve services for logged-in customers, which will include features like viewing past and future trips and saving favorite routes. Logging in will also expedite parcel shipping by reducing the need to enter sender details repeatedly.
