Actor Matthew McConaughey has stated he is not planning to sell his stake in Pantalones Organic Tequila. He and his wife, Camila, co-founded the brand in 2023.
Matthew McConaughey has indicated he has no immediate plans to sell Pantalones Organic Tequila, a brand he co-founded with his wife, Camila, in 2023. The actor expressed his commitment to the company's growth in a recent podcast appearance.
During an episode of Daniel Lubetzky's podcast, "Build or Break," McConaughey was asked about the future of his tequila company. His response to whether he intended to "build or break" the brand was a definitive "build."
"We still got work to do and we still love doing it. Camila and I, and the team right now, we’re chugging on it and trying to build it," McConaughey stated when questioned about a potential exit from the business.
Pantalones Organic Tequila positions itself as a fun, high-quality spirit, emphasizing its use of 100 percent USDA-certified organic blue Weber agave. Other co-founders of the brand include Guillaume Cuvelier and Andrew T. Chrisomalis.
