Maxon and Mograph.com Announce Multi-Continent Design and Animation Tour
Maxon and Mograph.com are launching "The Design and Animation Tour" (DAT) in late April, beginning in North America and spanning multiple continents. The events aim to educate and connect creative professionals.

Maxon, a developer of professional software for editors, filmmakers, and motion designers, has partnered with Mograph.com to launch "The Design and Animation Tour" (DAT). The tour commences in North America at the end of April and is set to visit multiple continents, aiming to inspire and educate creative professionals and emerging artists. The events will feature presentations, tips, and showcases of the latest product developments.
Major sponsors for the tour include technology companies Dell and Nvidia, alongside OTOY, creator of the Render Network, and software reseller Toolfarm. These partnerships underscore the industry support for events focused on practical knowledge and networking within the visual effects and motion design community.
"While virtual events saw great attendance, it's time to return to in-person gatherings," stated Maxon CMO Paul Babb. "Our creative community is eager for live tutorials and demonstrations in their cities. This roadshow will help us reconnect and inspire creativity in a more personal setting."
The tour is open to digital artists, motion designers, and animators of all skill levels. Each event will include distinct segments for practical 'Create' demonstrations, 'Connect' panel discussions on industry topics with audience participation, and a 'Celebrate' social mixer for networking. Select events will be streamed live, with recordings available online afterward.
