Mayfair Gold Updates Fenn-Gib Gold Project Progress

Mayfair Gold Corp. has issued a progress update for the second quarter of 2026 regarding its Fenn-Gib Gold Project in Northern Ontario. The report details advancements in engineering, environmental work, infrastructure development, and capital markets activities.

The company concluded a grade control drilling program, which confirmed resource model confidence and identified potentially higher-grade material. Front-end engineering design (FEED) for the project's process plant has moved forward, and work on environmental baseline studies and permitting submissions under Ontario's "One Project, One Process" framework has progressed.

In terms of infrastructure, Mayfair Gold has advanced powerline planning and explored options for site access. Geotechnical investigations have been conducted to support the design and engineering of the process plant and associated infrastructure locations.

The company has also initiated preliminary discussions with potential project financiers. Planned activities for the next quarter include finalizing the process plant FEED, advancing permitting and financing discussions, and ensuring progress on earthworks and tailings storage facility designs.
