The change follows the company's acquisition of ATTAIN Cosmetics. The company stated the acquisition and rebranding aim to expand its service offerings and strengthen its market position.
Modern Chemistry Labs also announced the appointment of Elizabeth Morris as its new Chief Executive Officer. Morris was previously a customer and brand founder for McConnell Labs. Her leadership is expected to bring new insights and experience to the company.
The acquisition of ATTAIN Cosmetics will enable MCL to access new markets and diversify its product portfolio. The company manufactures products for the Light Elegance brand, and the expansion now includes new cosmetic product lines.
Modern Chemistry Labs will continue its operations in Redmond, Oregon, maintaining its focus on development and manufacturing services.
