Operating income was reported at $217 million, while adjusted operating income reached $359 million. Diluted earnings per share stood at $0.36, with adjusted earnings per share at $0.86.
McCormick reaffirmed its financial outlook for fiscal year 2026, maintaining its projections for net sales growth, adjusted operating income, and adjusted earnings per share.
