McCune Law Group attorney Joe Richardson has been named Attorney of the Year by the Richard T. Fields Bar Association. The award recognizes his leadership in racial and economic justice advocacy.
REDLANDS, Calif. – McCune Law Group attorney Joe Richardson has received the Attorney of the Year award from the Richard T. Fields Bar Association. The recognition was presented at the organization's Installation and Awards Gala on September 26 in San Bernardino.
Richardson leads his firm's Racial & Economic Justice Practice. He was honored for his work advocating for equity within the legal system across the Coachella Valley and the Inland Empire.
The Richard T. Fields Bar Association, founded in 2010, aims to increase the pipeline of attorneys of color in the Inland Empire through scholarships, mentorship, and community engagement. Its Attorney of the Year award honors lawyers whose work reflects a commitment to opportunity and equity within the legal profession.
Richardson has focused his career on confronting resource disparities in Southern California, securing verdicts and settlements on behalf of individuals, churches, and nonprofit organizations harmed by discrimination. He also leads McCune Law Group's pro bono program, directing the firm's volunteer legal work toward individuals and small businesses affected by discriminatory policies.
