MCL acquires Elanity, expanding services in Northern Germany

MCL IT GmbH has acquired 100 percent of the shares in Systemhaus Elanity Network Partner GmbH, expanding its service offerings and geographical footprint across Germany. The combined entity will serve over 3,700 customers from nine locations nationwide.

Founded in 1992 and headquartered in Böblingen, MCL will now integrate Elanity's expertise in Microsoft infrastructure solutions for datacenter environments, as well as Office 365 and Azure cloud services. This acquisition aims to meet increasing customer demand for comprehensive Microsoft hybrid cloud and managed service solutions.

In addition to existing partnerships with manufacturers like Microsoft, HP, and Lenovo, MCL will now offer enhanced hardware and software solutions from Dell, Barracuda, and Cisco. The company provides end-to-end services, from planning and design to delivery, installation, and ongoing managed services. Elanity contributes several hundred IT operation contracts and in-demand managed services, including patch management and security solutions.

Both MCL and Elanity emphasize a customer-centric philosophy. The merged company will employ approximately 220 professionals and is actively seeking new talent to support growth in key areas. The integration is expected to enhance customer service and deliver more flexible and secure IT solutions, particularly supporting remote work, collaboration, and cloud transformation.
