Medik8 Skincare Brand Expands North American Presence Through Sephora
British clinical skincare brand Medik8 launches on Sephora's e-commerce platforms and in stores this August, significantly broadening its North American reach.

British clinical skincare brand Medik8 has announced a major expansion into the North American market through a partnership with Sephora. The brand launched on Sephora.com in the United States on August 11 and will be available in 250 U.S. stores by August 21. Additionally, Medik8 is rolling out to 147 Sephora locations across Canada, with 75 stores receiving dedicated Medik8 shelving.
The partnership marks a significant milestone in Medik8's North American growth strategy. The company anticipates North American retail sales to exceed £100 million by 2029 and believes the U.S. has the potential to become one of its largest global markets.
"American consumers are more informed than ever about skincare ingredients and increasingly expect clinically proven performance, not marketing promises," said Medik8 CEO Simon Coble. He added that the company aims to become one of Sephora's top 10 skincare brands within the next three to five years.
Medik8 also intends to establish its Crystal Retinal product line as its leading franchise in the U.S., mirroring its success in other global markets. The brand's signature CSA Philosophy (Vitamin C and Sunscreen by day, Vitamin A/Retinal by night) offers a simple, evidence-based routine for addressing skin aging.
Brooke Banwart, SVP Skincare Merchandising at Sephora US, noted that customers are increasingly seeking expert-backed, professional-grade formulations. Marisa Caruso, VP, Merchandising, Sephora Canada, highlighted Medik8's scientific credibility and results as key to its Canadian expansion.
