Menarini and Ryvu report early clinical data for dapolsertib
Menarini Group and Ryvu Therapeutics have presented preliminary phase II trial results for dapolsertib in patients with relapsed or refractory aggressive B-cell lymphoma.

Menarini Group and Ryvu Therapeutics released initial data from the phase II JASPIS-01 study, evaluating the efficacy and safety of dapolsertib in patients with aggressive, relapsed or refractory (r/r) B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. The findings were shared at the 2026 annual meeting of the American Society of Hematology (ASH) in New Orleans.
Dapolsertib is an oral dual PIM/FLT3 kinase inhibitor. The study focused on a patient population that had undergone an average of four prior lines of treatment, including CAR-T cell therapy and bispecific antibody treatments. Given the exhaustion of standard care options, the study aimed to address the significant clinical need for new interventions in this demographic.
Company officials reported that the drug demonstrated clinical activity and a manageable safety profile in the cohort. Development of the compound will continue as researchers analyze further data from the ongoing multicenter trial, which also explores the use of dapolsertib in combination with other therapies.
