Menarini and Ryvu share initial clinical data on dapolsertib
Menarini Group and Ryvu Therapeutics presented preliminary phase II JASPIS-01 trial results at ASH 2026, evaluating dapolsertib for patients with relapsed or refractory B-cell lymphoma.

Menarini Group and Ryvu Therapeutics have unveiled preliminary clinical data from the phase II JASPIS-01 study at the ASH 2026 annual meeting. The trial investigates the safety and efficacy of dapolsertib (MEN1703, SEL24) in patients diagnosed with aggressive, relapsed, or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
Dapolsertib is an oral dual PIM/FLT3 kinase inhibitor. The study targets patient populations who have exhausted standard treatment options, aiming to provide a new therapeutic avenue for aggressive hematological malignancies.
The companies indicated that the data will undergo further analysis to inform future development phases. The study represents a continued effort by both firms to advance targeted therapies within the oncology sector.
