Indian mental wellness platform Lissun is in advanced discussions to raise approximately ₹45 crore (around $4.7 million) in a Series A funding round. Colossa Ventures is reportedly leading the round.

Gurugram-based mental wellness platform Lissun is in advanced talks to raise around ₹45 crore ($4.7 million) in its Series A funding round, sources told Inc42. Mumbai-based venture capital firm Colossa Ventures is expected to lead the round, with participation from Lissun's existing investors.
The startup's valuation is reportedly set at approximately ₹140 crore (about $15 million) as discussions are at an advanced stage. Neither Lissun nor Colossa Ventures responded to requests for comment.
This potential funding comes nearly two years after Lissun raised $2.5 million in a pre-Series A round. Founded in 2021 by Krishna Veer Singh and Tarun Gupta, Lissun operates as a tech-enabled platform connecting users with mental health specialists through online and offline services.
Lissun provides access to psychologists, psychiatrists, and other specialists, alongside self-help tools and enterprise wellness programs. The company aims to make mental healthcare more accessible, particularly for early identification and intervention of developmental and mental health concerns. It competes with other Indian healthtech players like Amaha and YourDOST.
The mental health sector is attracting significant investor interest in India, with the broader healthtech market projected to reach $37 billion by 2030.
