MERIAN extra publishes guide to German wine enjoyment

Jahreszeiten Verlag released on September 30 a new MERIAN extra special edition titled "Weingenuss in Deutschland" (Wine Enjoyment in Germany). The publication was produced in collaboration with the German Wine Institute (DWI), following the institute's "30 Excellent Wine Bars in Germany" competition.

MERIAN's team visited all 30 awarded wine bars across Germany's thirteen wine-growing regions, documenting them with photography and expert descriptions. Based on this research, the special edition offers inspiration for wine tourism. German wine regions record 50 million overnight stays annually, and approximately 60% of Germans are interested in wine.
