Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg confirmed the rollout of a voice-enabled mode for the company's Muse AI agent. The update allows users to engage in verbal dialogues with the software, which features an animated avatar that synchronizes its movements with generated speech.
Users can modify the auditory characteristics of the AI by selecting from various voice presets within the application's settings menu or by requesting specific tone adjustments directly through the interface. The integration aims to create a more fluid conversational experience compared to text-only prompts.
Initial testing of the feature indicates that the system processes voice inputs with minimal latency, though occasional delays occur when the model retrieves external information. The feature is currently available to users via the Muse iOS app.
