Muse for Small Business will integrate with existing tools such as Facebook, Instagram, Zoom, QuickBooks, and Slack, according to Meta. This approach allows businesses to leverage AI without adopting an entirely new system.
Meta President and Vice Chairman Dina Powell McCormick stated that the service enables small business owners to focus on growing their companies rather than managing back-office work. "It is the next iteration of Muse," McCormick said in an interview.
The Muse for Small Business offering includes a free tier with usage limits and paid subscriptions for expanded features. The service's success will depend on its ability to convince small businesses of its reliability and utility in a competitive market.
