Meta Horizon+ to Include Xbox Game Pass Core Streaming

Meta and Microsoft have announced a new partnership that will extend Xbox Game Pass Core benefits to Meta Horizon+ subscribers. This collaboration aims to enhance the value proposition for users of Meta's virtual reality subscription service.

Meta Horizon+, which currently boasts a catalog of over 100 games, will now integrate Xbox Game Pass Core. This integration adds access to more than 50 additional games, along with 10 hours of cloud gaming per month and playtime rewards. The move is notable, as Microsoft had previously offered similar Xbox Game Pass Core benefits through Discord Nitro.

The Meta Horizon+ subscription is priced at $7.99 per month or $59.99 annually. The specifics of how this new bundled offering impacts the existing pricing structure are yet to be detailed, but it represents a significant expansion of available content for subscribers.

Microsoft also revealed upcoming additions to its broader Xbox Game Pass service for late July and early August, including titles like "The Planet Crafter" and "Limbo," reinforcing its commitment to a diverse and regularly updated game library.
