Meta has introduced Muse for Small Business, an AI agent designed to help small companies analyze customer feedback and manage tasks. The tool integrates with multiple business platforms.

Social media giant Meta has unveiled Muse for Small Business, an AI agent aimed at assisting small businesses with tasks such as analyzing customer reviews and managing workflows. The tool connects to a variety of business platforms, enhancing operational efficiency.
Muse for Small Business allows users to link their company's Instagram, Facebook, and Meta ad accounts, along with external services like QuickBooks, Stripe, Shopify, Canva, Notion, and Slack. This integration aims to provide a centralized hub for business management.
Early testers have reported significant time savings. For instance, Tom Mulholland of Mulholland Grocery used Muse to automate payroll calculations from employee timesheets. Nathan Daggett of Live Bearded analyzed 87,000 customer reviews in minutes, a task he estimated would take months manually.
The Muse agent is available for free with usage limits, offering paid subscription tiers for higher capacities. Meta states the AI agent requires explicit user approval before publishing content, sending messages, or making transactions.
