Meta has not provided a timeline for its availability in other markets, and India is not part of the initial rollout. The company has emphasized a security architecture that includes a dedicated virtual machine for the agent and user data, overseen by a separate "Sentinel agent" that controls internet access.
Muse is described by Meta as an agent that "actually does the work," capable of tasks such as sending an email or booking travel. The service will offer a free tier along with paid subscription options, though details on the pricing and feature differences have not yet been disclosed.
The agent can open browsers, complete forms, and negotiate on a user's behalf, operating autonomously. Users are given control over which applications Muse can connect to and the extent of its permissions. Sensitive actions, such as sending emails or making purchases, require explicit user approval.
