Meta rolls out new ad tools for brand marketers
Meta has launched three new advertising tools for brand marketers. The new tools focus on ad delivery and measuring viewing time.

Meta, formerly Facebook, has introduced three new tools designed for brand marketers engaged in digital advertising.
The new offerings include Ads Super Burst, which allows advertisers to purchase a large volume of ad inventory within a two- to 24-hour window. Additionally, First Impression Ads enables marketers to secure the first ad impression a user encounters during a session. To address video measurement, Meta has launched Aggregated View Time. This tool quantifies the total viewing time across all videos within an advertising campaign. According to Meta's internal research, this metric serves as a better predictor of outcomes for brand advertisers compared to tracking single, long view durations. Advertisers in India, the Philippines, Taiwan, Japan, and Australia have already utilized Ads Super Burst. The Aggregated View Time tool aims to provide more precise insights into actual video consumption, thereby optimizing advertising effectiveness. These new tools reflect Meta's ongoing efforts to provide marketers with more granular and flexible options for planning and evaluating their digital advertising strategies amidst broader industry discussions on attention measurement and standardization.
