Metacon appoints Mattias Brodin as interim CFO

Metacon AB (publ) has appointed Mattias Brodin as the company's interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Brodin is set to assume his new responsibilities starting September 15th, 2026, and will become a member of Metacon's Group Management.

Brodin brings over 25 years of experience from senior positions in finance and business development across both publicly listed and privately held companies. His previous roles include serving as Group CFO for Catella AB (publ), along with various interim CFO assignments and senior advisory positions.

His expertise encompasses financial management and reporting, financing, liquidity management, corporate governance, and transaction processes. This appointment is interim, and the company continues its search for a permanent CFO.
