Metsä Board publishes 2025 Annual Review

Metsä Board Oyj, part of Metsä Group, has published its 2025 Annual Review in PDF format, available in Finnish and English. The review includes the financial statements, the report of the board of directors, the corporate governance statement, and the remuneration report for the financial period January 1 to December 31, 2025.
The financial statements are published in the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) as an XHTML file. The consolidated financial statements and notes are marked with XBRL tags. KPMG Oy Ab has provided an independent limited assurance report on the ESEF financial statements.
The report of the board of directors incorporates sustainability reporting, prepared in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). This sustainability statement has also been assured by KPMG Oy Ab with limited assurance.
The company has also published content indices in separate PDF files, aligning with SASB Pulp & Paper Products industry standard, TCFD, and TNFD recommendations. Metsä Board will publish a separate Sustainability Review in March 2026, detailing key sustainability targets and achievements for 2025.
