Metso publishes 2025 Annual Report and Remuneration Report
Metso Oyj has released its 2025 Annual Report, detailing financial performance and sustainability information. The company also published a separate Remuneration Report.
Metso Oyj released its Annual Report for 2025 on March 4, 2026. The report includes a business review, the Board of Directors' report, financial statements, and investor information. A separate Remuneration Report for 2025 was also published on the same day.
The Board of Directors' report contains an externally assured sustainability report and a statement on the company's corporate governance system. The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) requirements as an XHTML file. The consolidated financial statements' primary statements and notes are tagged with iXBRL, and Ernst & Young Oy has provided an independent assurance report according to the international ISAE 3000 standard.
The Remuneration Report provides detailed information regarding the compensation of the Board of Directors and the CEO for 2025. Both reports, the Annual Report and the Remuneration Report, are available on the company's website in Finnish and English.
