Metso schedules 2027 financial reporting and annual general meeting

Metso Oyj has announced its financial reporting schedule for the 2027 calendar year. The company will publish its 2026 financial statements review on February 19, 2027, with the full annual report expected to be released during the week of March 1.

The Annual General Meeting is set for April 19, 2027, the same day the company reports its results for the first quarter of the year. The board of directors will provide further details regarding the meeting in a formal notice of convocation to be released separately.

Remaining financial updates for 2027 include the half-year report on July 22 and the interim report for the first nine months on October 25. These releases follow the standard disclosure cycle for companies listed on the Nasdaq Helsinki.
