Miami, FL – Entrepreneur Robert Rivani has opened Class X, a Miami office building designed to emulate the luxury of a Las Vegas resort. The six-story, 163,000-square-foot property aims to combine high-end amenities with a productivity-focused work environment.

Rivani, who previously worked as a developer, described past office experiences as "depressing and uninspiring" and sought to create a space that employees would be excited to enter. Class X houses tenants including Playboy and Daymond John's consultancy, The Shark Group, along with health companies and hedge funds. The ground floors also feature retail spaces like Williams Sonoma and Apple.

The third floor of the building is dedicated to employee amenities, offering a speakeasy bar, a cafe, and an extensive spa and gym. Rivani believes that by prioritizing employee well-being and providing time-saving services, businesses can achieve higher productivity, ultimately benefiting the owners.

"The employees are more important than the owner because if they’re more creative, if they’re more functional, more productive," Rivani stated. "That ends up becoming more profitable for the business owner."

Class X is intended to be the first of its kind, with aspirations for national expansion. The building's entrance and lobby feature a dramatic design with a water feature and art installations. The speakeasy bar, Shishi, includes a hidden entrance accessed through a lion's mouth, adding a theatrical element.
