Mibro launches AeroPace watch with AI training app for beginner runners
Smart wearable manufacturer Mibro has released its new AeroPace running watch, featuring the Mibro Coach AI training system. The platform aims to provide personalized guidance and post-run analysis for novice runners.

Shenzhen, China – Smart wearable manufacturer Mibro has launched the AeroPace, a new running watch designed for beginner runners, along with its integrated Mibro Coach AI training system. Developed by Mibro's sports science lab, Mibro Coach combines sports physiology models with AI to make scientific running training more accessible.
The Mibro Coach system goes beyond basic data tracking, assessing a runner's current fitness level using metrics like VDOT index and estimated VO2max. It also predicts race times for distances ranging from 5km to marathons and sets personalized training goals. The system learns from a user's training history, daily habits, and preferences to continuously refine its recommendations.
Users can choose from over 20 training programs lasting between 4 and 20 weeks. Daily workouts adapt to the runner's sleep, fatigue, and training load, with options for reduced intensity or extra recovery when needed. The platform offers five distinct AI coaches, each with a unique training style. During runs, Mibro Coach monitors running dynamics such as cadence, stride length, and ground contact time.
After each session, Mibro Coach provides a detailed analysis that links running data with training load, heart rate variability, and sleep quality. This analysis highlights strengths, areas for improvement, and offers actionable advice. Mibro aims to democratize scientific running training, helping beginners translate performance data into structured, personalized plans.
The Mibro AeroPace watch equipped with Mibro Coach will be available starting October 13, 2026, with a starting price of 149.99 EUR.
