Micaela Schäfer reveals debts exceeding 1 million euros
German celebrity Micaela Schäfer has disclosed debts of over 1 million euros. She revealed the sum during a television appearance, stating she remains calm about the situation.
Micaela Schäfer, known for her appearances on "Germany's Next Topmodel" and "Ich bin ein Star – Holt mich hier raus!", has revealed significant personal debt.
Schäfer stated on the VOX program "Prominent" that her current debts amount to 1.6 million euros. Despite the sum, she indicated a calm approach, noting that she possesses real estate assets valued at approximately five million euros.
Schäfer, who has worked as an erotic model, presenter, and actress, has built a business through platforms like "OnlyFans" and DJ performances. She previously reported an annual income of around 400,000 euros, from which she draws a monthly salary of approximately 15,000 euros gross.
While facing substantial debt, Schäfer expressed no intention of ceasing her work, citing her enjoyment of it. Her assets also include investments and properties that could be liquidated to address her financial obligations. She reportedly values her public presence and media engagement.
