Michael Easton Appointed Chief Financial Officer at Clarivate

Clarivate Plc has announced the appointment of Michael Easton as the company's new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The appointment is effective immediately, and Easton will report to Chief Executive Officer Jonathan Emotino.

Easton possesses more than 25 years of experience in finance and operations. He was most recently the Head of Financial Strategy and Investor Relations at Clarivate, and previously held several other senior financial positions within the company, including interim CFO.
