Michelangelo's Sistine Chapel: The Exhibition, a touring experience that has attracted millions globally, is set to open in South Jersey on Friday, October 23, at Moorestown Mall. The exhibition provides visitors an opportunity to view Michelangelo's iconic frescoes up close and at life-size scale.
The exhibition utilizes high-resolution imagery and advanced printing techniques to recreate all 34 masterpieces from the Sistine Chapel's ceiling and altar wall. Visitors can explore details from "The Creation of Adam" to "The Last Judgment" without the crowds or travel required to visit Rome. Informative signage and audio guides are available to enhance the experience.
Tickets can be purchased at sistinechapelexhibit.com/south-jersey. General admission starts at $26, with discounted rates for seniors, military personnel, students, and children. To celebrate the opening, a $7 discount on tickets is being offered until November 1.
Martin Biallas, CEO of SEE® Global Entertainment, the exhibition's producer, expressed enthusiasm for bringing the show to the area. Lisa Wolstromer, Senior Marketing Director at PREIT, noted the exhibition as a unique attraction for the mall. The exhibition will be open for a limited time, operating Wednesday through Sunday.
