Michelin Guide awards 2 stars to Cheval Blanc Paris restaurant Hakuba

The Michelin Guide has awarded two stars to Hakuba, the Japanese restaurant at Cheval Blanc Paris. The restaurant, which opened in March 2024, has achieved significant recognition in a short period.

Hakuba's culinary concept is born from the collaboration of Chefs Arnaud Donckele, Takuya Watanabe, and Maxime Frédéric. It offers a gastronomic experience that blends traditional Japanese kaiseki-sushi cuisine with ingredients from the Atlantic and French coasts.

This recognition enhances Cheval Blanc Paris' standing in the culinary world. The hotel also houses Plénitude, which holds three Michelin stars, and Tout-Paris, awarded one star, both led by Chef Arnaud Donckele.

The two Michelin stars affirm Cheval Blanc Paris' position as a notable dining destination in the city.
