Tire manufacturer Michelin has recently unveiled a range of new products and technological advancements across various sectors.

The company has introduced new passenger car tires, including the Primacy and Pilot Sport 5 Energy lines, and updated its CrossClimate 3 all-season tire. For heavy-duty vehicles, Michelin has launched the X® Works Z2 and D2 tires, designed to enhance fuel efficiency and durability in the construction sector. Furthermore, Michelin has reinforced its commitment to truck tire retreading with the Remix 2 range.

Michelin's involvement in motorsport continues to drive innovation, with over 100 years of participation in the 24 Hours of Le Mans serving as a key testing ground for new technologies. The company has also presented new tire developments for racing and mountain biking.

Long-term strategy at Michelin is significantly focused on sustainability and electric vehicle mobility. The goal is to achieve a 100% sustainable tire, with electric vehicle requirements being central to ongoing research and development. Additionally, Michelin has explored advanced concepts such as the Uptis airless tire, which has undergone testing in collaboration with La Poste.

Michelin is also expanding into new areas, inaugurating the Michelin Innovation Park – Cataroux as a new research and development hub. The company has also launched Wisamo, a digital partner offering personalized tire advice.
