Microsoft Introduces Smaller, Cheaper Xbox Nano Controller

Microsoft has officially unveiled its new Xbox Nano controller, a more compact and budget-friendly accessory aimed at portability. The controller is designed to fit easily into a pocket, making it suitable for gaming on the go.

The Xbox Nano, priced at $49.99, is Microsoft's smallest controller to date, measuring just over five inches in length, making it shorter than most smartphones. It features all the standard buttons found on a regular Xbox controller and supports both Xbox Wireless and Bluetooth connectivity for use with Xbox consoles, as well as phones, tablets, and PCs.

Microsoft states the Nano controller is intended for younger players, individuals with smaller hands, or anyone seeking a more portable gaming experience. Its reduced size and lower cost point aim to broaden accessibility to the Xbox ecosystem.

Further details regarding the official release date and availability of the Xbox Nano controller have not yet been provided.
