Micross to Acquire AEMtec, Expanding European Operations

Micross Components, Inc. announced its plan to acquire AEMtec, a German company specializing in advanced packaging and optoelectronics. This acquisition is set to significantly expand Micross' European footprint and bolster its capabilities in photonics, testing, and microelectronic assembly.

The U.S.-based Micross Solutions is a provider of high-reliability microelectronic and semiconductor components for demanding industries. The addition of AEMtec is expected to strengthen Micross' position in the European market, particularly within Germany.
