Midea and FC Barcelona Sign Five-Year Main Partnership Deal
Home appliance manufacturer Midea will become an FC Barcelona Main Partner starting in the 2026/2027 season under a five-year agreement. The brand will feature on the club's jersey sleeves.
Midea, a global producer of smart home appliances, has entered into a five-year agreement to become a Main Partner of FC Barcelona, beginning with the 2026/2027 football season.
The deal will place the Midea brand on the sleeve of all FC Barcelona match jerseys and training wear. The partnership also includes extensive brand exposure during the club's home matches in La Liga.
The agreement was signed on September 2nd at Spotify Camp Nou. Lewis Fu, President of Midea International Business, and Rafael Yuste, First Vice President of FC Barcelona, were present for the signing.
"FC Barcelona is one of the most successful clubs of all time and one of the most popular sports teams in the world," stated Lewis Fu. He expressed anticipation for a long partnership aimed at achieving the "world's No. 1 on and off the field."
Midea is part of Midea Group, a business conglomerate with operations in areas such as building technology, robotics, automation, and medical solutions. The group reported revenues of $57.5 billion in 2024.
