Midea Building Technologies has launched a new 90cm wide gas hob, combining power, precision, and modern design for home cooks seeking enhanced performance and style in their kitchens. The unit features five high-performance gas burners set into a sleek 8mm black tempered glass surface.

The hob's core is its five-burner configuration, allowing for the simultaneous preparation of multiple dishes. Burner outputs range from a 1.0 kW auxiliary burner to a 3.3 kW Triple Crown burner, suitable for rapid heating and high-temperature cooking tasks like stir-frying. With a total gas load of 10.8 kW, the hob provides substantial power for demanding culinary needs. Midea highlights the Triple Crown burner's even flame distribution for faster cooking and consistent results.

Designed to complement modern kitchens, the hob boasts a smooth black glass finish that is both durable and easy to clean. Cast iron pan supports offer stability and longevity for various cookware.
